I'm a little late to the joke-party, but this new belt seems to be the billionth punchline to the forever-running joke that is TNA.

New TNA World Title recipe:
1 part Divas Championship
1 part World of Warcraft commemorative plate
4 parts sheriff badges
Fold in Jeff Hardy's armbands, let simmer for IWC to make fun of
